  • If Self-Employed : Business registration certificate / GST Registration with annex A & B / Partnership Deed / Proof of proprietorship, or other proof of ownership. Last 06 Months personal & business bank account statements with bank stamp and sign. Company’s & personal ITR (only ITR-V, Indian Income Tax Return Verification Form or Acknowledgement is accepted) for the last 03 assessment years.
  • Proof of Occupation   If retired Personal pension bank statement for the last 6 months with bank stamp and sign. Retirement Proof.
  • If Student  Proof of enrolment/ registration in school/ College/ University. Bonafide Certificate from the School / College or School/College ID card copy. NOC from the Institution/Holiday Diary.
  • Proof of Accommodation :  Hotel confirmation for applicant’s entire stay in Schengen. Traveller’s name should be mentioned on the confirmation
  • Airline Reservation :  Return flight ticket or travel itinerary along with day-day Itinerary. If the applicant is traveling to several Schengen States, proof of intra-Schengen flight/train/bus itinerary or other to be furnished.
  • Travel & Health Insurance : Minimum coverage € 30,000, 30,000 Euro / 50,000 USD / 50,000 CHF Per Person. Should cover entire stay in Schengen area.
