• Offered rates are net and non-commissionable.
• Confirmation will be subject to availability at the time of reservation.
• Rates may change if travelling dates are changed.
• We shall proceed with the holding/ confirmation and we would require 25% payment, 50% before 30 Days and balance before 10 Days of travel date
• The tour program may be shuffled due to the inclement weather conditions and changes in flight/ferry operations, which may incur extra charges.
• In the case of cancellation of trip, we shall process refund as per policy of Hotel/Services, efforts deserve a service charge of 10% of total cost of package.
• Covid reasons such as lockdown/tested positive, booking can be postponed to further dates within the time frame subject to the hotel’s acceptance on the same, and price differences are applicable based on season/off-season.
• The vehicle used will be exclusive for guests but will not be at disposal. It will be as per the contract & will change every day and sector-wise.
• Hotels Check-in at 14:00/Check-out time 11:00; early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and completely at the hotel’s discretion.
• All extras other than those mentioned above are payable directly at the hotel/service provider.
• We do not provide standalone services such as only hotels, only transport, or any other service. Do not insist on a price breakup.
