Day 1: Chennai

  • Arrival and check-in

    As you arrive in Chennai, our representative helps you with an assisted transfer to the hotel.If time permits, you may explore the most popular cosmopolitan cities of South India, Chennai. It’s an amalgam of age-old culture and modern-day nuances. The city has something to offer to every tourist.

Day 2: Chennai- Mahabalipuram

  • City Tour in Chennai

    After breakfast today, get ready for a city tour of Chennai covering its prime attractions such as San Thome Cathedral, Fort St. George and some popular city museums housing an attractive collection of sculptures, paintings and other artifacts.

  • Drive to Mahabalipuram

    In the afternoon, hit the road to Mahabalipuram, also known as Mamallapura. As you reach, check into the hotel. If time and energy permits, you can explore the nearby surroundings on your own.

Day 3: Mahabalipuram

  • Explore Mahabalipuram

    In the morning after you have your breakfast, embark on a guided tour of Mahabalipuram, including some of the prime structures of its Group of Monuments that are a part of UNESCO World Heritage site including the 7th century architectural wonders- Arjuna’s Penance , Five Rathas or Panch Rathas and Shore Temple . Back to the hotel for dinner

Day 4: Mahabalipuram- Tanjore

  • Drive to Tanjore

    After breakfast, you leave by road for Tanjore. We make stops at Gangai Konda Cholapuram & Darasuram

  • Visit to Brigadeeshwara Temple

    Arrive at Tanjore and check in to your hotel to relax in the noon hours. Late noon, visit to the Colossal Brigadeeshwara Temple

Day 5: Tanjore- Trichy- Chettinad

  • Sightseeing in Trichy

    After breakfast, move to Trichy that has the popular Rock Fort Temple; the Srirangam temple complex located on an island in the River Cauvery and finally Sri Ranganathaswami Temple.

  • City tour at Chettinad

    We later proceed to Chettinad from Trichy. On arrival, check-into your hotel. After lunch visit the popular attractions such as Athangudi, Chettiar Clan Temple, Athmanathaswamy Temple and more.

Day 6: Chettinad- Madurai

  • Drive to Madurai

    On this day, continue your road journey to the serene temple town of Madurai. On arrival, check into the hotel.

  • Sightseeing in Madurai

    Later, embark on a guided temple tour of Madurai including the magnificent Meenakshi Amman Temple, a beautiful Dravidian-style temple and the Tirumal Naik Palace.

Day 7: Madurai- Munnar

  • Drive to Munnar

    Arrival in Munnar and complete the check-in formalities. You can now explore the place on-foot, enjoy long pleasurable walks.

Day 8: Munnar

  • Sightseeing in Munnar

    Today is for Munnar sightseeing tour covering the major attractions like the extremely popular Eravikulam National Park, home to the Nilgiri Tahr , Tea Museum, Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point etc.

Day 9: Munnar- Cochin

  • Drive to Cochin

    Today we start driving to the south of Malabar Coast moving towards Cochin with a spice plantation visit en route where one can get acquainted with the cultivation and harvest of various spices.

  • Check-in

    On arrival, check-into the hotel. After completing the check-in formalities, the day is at leisure. You can indulge in the activities of your interest such as visiting the famous markets of Cochin or savoring the famous food items of the region.

Day 10: Cochin

  • Sightseeing in Cochin

    Today, after breakfast, embark on a sightseeing tour of Cochin including famous tourist attractions such as the Jewish Synagogue , Dutch Palace and St. Francis Church . Do not miss visiting the very popular Chinese fishing nets that are found only in Cochin in India. Thereafter, enjoy a sunset cruise in the Cochin harbor area.

Day 11: Cochin- Alleppey

  • Drive to Alleppey

    In the morning, hit the road to Alleppey, which is just couple of hours’ drive away, south of Cochin.

  • Check-in to the Hotel

    Once you reach, check-in at the hotel.

  • Explore backwaters of Kerala

    Hop into a houseboat exploring the backwaters of Kerala. Treat your eyes to the lush views of the backwaters and spot colorful birds. In the evening, visit the Mararikulam beach to indulge in activities of your interest. Spend a memorable and peaceful day here. Lunch & Dinner will be served onboard.

Day 12: Alleppey- Kovalam

  • Visit to Kovalam Beach

    After breakfast and a short cruise through the water world, disembark from the rice barge and proceed our journey to the much famed Kovalam Beach.

  • Visit to Krishnapuram Palace

    En route we will make short visits to Krishnapuram Palace and take lunch in a typical Kerala restaurant. On arrival check in to your resort for relaxing stay.

Day 13 & 14: Kovalam

  • Leisure time

    Days at leisure on the sandy beach of Kovalam.

  • Optional

    Half Day Trivandrum city tour/ Full day Cape Comorin Tour.

Day 15: Departure

  • Departure

    Transfer to Trivandrum airport on time to board onward flight.
