DAY 1 - Arrive at the Capital-Tórshavn

  • Arrival- Tórshavn- Day 1 of Faroe Island Trip from India

    Arrive at Vágar Airport and transfer to the capital of Tórshavn. Discover a small and cosy capital! Tórshavn is one of the smallest capital cities in the world, beautifully situated at the foot of the surrounding mountains and offering panoramic views of Norsoy Island.

Tórshavn is home to more than 17,000 people, and the city has a retro charm, particularly in the historic centre. One of the smallest capital cities in the world is almost bursting with landmark buildings, Step back in history and explore the Old Town of Tinganes, a Viking centre since the 9th century. Colourful old warehouses are now modern offices: an 18th-century Lutheran cathedral and tiny turf-roofed houses reflecting the past.

Day 2 - Golden Circle

  • Saksun, Fossá Waterfall, Village of Funningur

    The morning after breakfast, depart from Tórshavn Photo opportunities of Nordadalsskard and Sornfelli. Arrive in Kollafjørð for coffee Depart for Saksun. Arriving at Saksun, you will have half an hour to explore and take amazing photos. Depart for Tjørnuvík Photo stop at the biggest waterfall in the Faroe islands – Fossá. Arriving in the village of Tjornuvik, with a half an hour photo stop, Depart from the town of Tjørnuvik and head to the village of Funningur. We arrive at the village of Funningur, where you will visit the old wooden church ( Packed Lunch & Beverages is served ). Arrive at the village of Gjógv for an outdoors-packed lunch and beverages. Take a short walk to “Mary’s bench” You will have some time to yourself to explore the village. Depart from the town of Gjogv and make our way back to Tórshavn with a few photos stops, Such as “Risin and kellingin” – The Giant and the hag. Arrive in Tórshavn. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3 - Mykines

  • Ferry to Mykines

    Take off from Torshavn Sornfelli and Nordadalsskard photo chances. Make your way to Kollafjr for coffee. Travel to Saksun. When you get to Saksun, you'll have a half-hour to explore and snap some amazing pictures. Travel to Tjrnuvk Visit Fossá, the largest waterfall in the Faroe Islands, for a photo opportunity. Upon reaching the settlement of Tjornuvik and stopping for a 30-minute snapshot, Go to the settlement of Funningur from the town of Tjrnuvik. and go to the Funningur village. When we reach the settlement of Funningur, you can tour the quaint wooden church there ( Packed Lunch & Beverages is served ). Reach the settlement of Gjógv to have a picnic lunch and refreshments. You'll have some time to yourself to explore the area if you take a short stroll to "Mary's bench." We will leave the town of Gjogv and go back to Torshavn, stopping along the route to take pictures at places like "Risin and kellingin," or The Giant and the Hag. Get there at Torshavn. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4 - Highlights Of The North

  • Village of Viðareiði

    Drive to Eysturoy island from Torshavn by the towns of Kollafjrur, Hósvk, Hvalvk, and Oyri. Arrive in Skálabotn and have a coffee break. Drive by the towns of Skipanes, Syragta, and Noragta as you leave Skálabotnur. Drive to the settlement of Leirvk on a steep route where you can observe some old residential Viking ruins. Driving to the Northern Islands subsea tunnel Through the newest tunnel in the Faroe islands, travel to the settlement of Viareii. After leaving the village of Viareii, stop at the villages of rnafjr and Nordepil for further photo ops. Visit Kunoy village, where a photo opportunity awaits. Arrive in Klaksvk, where you can explore the village while you wait.

Day 5 - Suðuroy

  • Southernmost island-Suðuroy

    The journey brings us to Suuroy, the southernmost island in the Faroe Islands, which has previously been inaccessible to many tourists. The two-hour voyage each time and the challenging bus connections on the island are the main causes of this. Suuroy is renowned for its breathtakingly untamed environment, robust culture, and friendly people with a distinctive dialéct from the majority of Faroese.

Day 6- Vestmanna Bird Cliffs

  • Vestmanna Bird Cliff

    Drive to Norradalsskar and Sornfelli from Torshavn. Drive to Leynar, Stykki, and Kvvk villages, as well as Kolljafaradal. You arrive in Vestmanna village. 10.15 a.m.: board the ferry and start your trip to the bird cliffs 12.15 p.m.: arrive back on shore View the Vestmanna village's windmills. Visit a store where the neighbourhood knitters are selling their handmade clothing. Depart from Vestmanna Short stop in the village of Kvvk, where we will see some old residential ruins. A short walk back to the bus. Re-arrive at Torshavn's capital.

Day 7 - Múlafossur

  • The village of Sandavágur

    Departure from Tórshavn Photo opportunities from Norðadalsskarð and Sornsfelli. Arrived for coffee at Kollafjørð. Start your journey to scaling for photography. Arrive at Skælingur and stop for 15 minutes. Drive up to the underwater tunnel. Arrive at Sandavágur village and stop to see the historical ruins. Arrive at Leitisvatn and see the statue of the mythical Faroese figure 'Nykur'. Arriving at the village of Bøur, you can walk around the village and enjoy the wonderful views of Tindholmur and Drangarnir. Return to the bus and head to Gásadalur village. A short walk to Murafossur, the most famous waterfall in the Faroe Islands. The bus goes to the capital Tórshavn. Arrive in the capital.

Day 8 - Departure

  • Final Departure, Fly Back Home!
