• Proof of Occupation If Salaried Original leave sanction letter from Company on letterhead stating applicant’s name, designation & leave period. Signed by an Authorized Signatory with his/her Name, Designation & Company Seal. Original salary bank statement for last 03 month to till date with bank stamp and Sign. Copy of salary slips OR salary certificate for 03 months If Self-Employed Business registration certificate / GST Registration with annex A & B / Partnership Deed / Proof of proprietorship, or other proof of ownership. • Proof of Accommodation : Hotel confirmation for applicant’s entire stay in Schengen. Traveller’s name should be mentioned on the confirmation
• Airline Reservation : Return flight ticket or travel itinerary along with day-day Itinerary. If the applicant is travelling to several Schengen States, proof of intra-Schengen flight/train/bus itinerary or other to be furnished.

• Hotel Booking : Hotel reservations in France with full names, addresses, zip codes and cities for the entire stay and, if applicable, proof of accommodation in the other member States visited in the Schengen zone. OR “Attestation d’accueil” (Certificate of board and lodging) in original, plus a photocopy issued by the relevant French Town Hall, and signed by the host in France.
